Payment

Full payment is required on placing the order unless special terms have been agreed. All prices are quoted in British Pounds and are payable in British Pounds.

If you are not in the UK you may use the currency converter to check the current exchange rate. This will give you an approximate idea of what the shoes will cost in your own currency. However these are wholesale rates and in my experience the actual exchange rates given by the banks will be less favourable.

All bank charges are to be paid by the customer. If you fail to do so, I will request further payment and delay the processing of your order until this is done.

Ways to Pay

UK and International:

Paypal:

This is safe, instant and easy, but a 4% fee applies.
Please contact me with your email address so that I can send you a paypal invoice for the correct amount.

You can also initiate the payment yourself.
My paypal account is sales.ana@btopenworld.com
Please transfer the funds in British Pounds to ensure that the correct amount arrives in my account.

Credit/Debit Card:

Please contact me to email you a paypal invoice. You can then pay online with your credit/debit card (4% fee applies).
Sorry, I lack the facilities to accept credit cards over the phone.

Bank Transfer or Electronic Fund Transfer (UK and international):

Please contact  me so that I can give you my bank details.

UK Customers only:

Cheque:

Make cheques out to A. Deissler.

Cash:

If your money gets stolen in transit this will be your loss, not mine.
If this is your only payment option I recommend that you send your cash via Special Delivery.

Purchase Orders (UK Councils, Museums and Theatres):

I do accept purchase orders from publicly funded bodies based in the UK. In addition to the usual order-form and foot-measurements I will require an officially signed off numbered purchase order from you. In this case payment is due within 30 days of receipt of goods and invoice.
Please note that I charge an additional £20.00 administration fee for this payment option.
